We were tasked with refurbishing an old Victorian music school in East London’s Dalston. We aimed to highlight the original industrial features of the building whilst introducing the warmth and character needed for a family home.

Modern features such as the glass balustrade and contemporary kitchen were offset with the steel beams and vintage warehouse pendants.

BLOCK also arranged for the installation of a state of the art sprinkler system, needed for double heighted open plan living.
